Emission spectra of Laln _ 0:Eu't phosphors doped with different amounts of Bi.The emission peaks of LalnO,EU and lalno: EU,Bi phosphors are almost unchanged under the excitation of 394nm near ultraviolet light,indicating that the crystal lattice structure of the luminescent center Eu't has not been changed by Bi addition,which is consistent with the results of XRD.Only when the amount of Bi added is 0.03mol,the luminescence intensity of the sample LalnOy: EuBit is higher than that of LalnOy:0.20Eu phosphor without Bi. However,for LalnO _ 3: EU,the luminescence intensity of the phosphor increases with the increase of Bi content,then reaches the maximum value and then decreases.The results show that the luminescence intensity of activator EU depends on the concentration of Yu Min active agent Bi.A small amount of Bi 'has a negative effect on the luminescence intensity of the phosphor,and a proper amount of Bi can help transfer the absorbed energy to Eu.The energy transfer of this kind of Bi can increase the luminescence intensity of the phosphor, but excessive Bi't will significantly decrease the luminescence intensity.This is the embodiment of concentration quenching.The concentration quenching of Bi is generally attributed to the agglomeration of Bi and the agglomeration of Bi,which increases the aggregation of excitation energy,which causes the energy to be consumed in the vibration of LaInO3 lattice through the quenched impurity center,which leads to the decrease of luminescence intensity.
