The emission spectrum of phosphors.Under the excitation of blue light,the prepared phosphors can emit orange red light with high intensity at 600nm wavelength.Sm content has no effect on the position of emission peak of phosphors,but only on the luminescence intensity of orange red light.According to the experimental results,the best doping concentration of Sm3 is 4 mol%.When the concentration is lower than the optimal concentration,the activator ion Sm is less and the luminescence intensity is not high. When the concentration exceeds the optimal concentration,the luminescence intensity decreases with the increase of Sm content, that is,excessive Sm leads to a significant concentration quenching phenomenon. The main reasons for the concentration quenching of LalnO3:Sm phosphors are the increase of the content of 1 Sm and the decrease of Sm ion.

The distance between Sm and Sm increases, which leads to the phenomenon of energy transfer,which increases the probability of radiation-free transition and decreases the intensity of luminescence.2 from the principle of Sm luminescence,the energy level transition occurs mainly in the energy level migration with metastable energy level.The quenching process is related to the cross relaxation of energy level pairs.The self-quenched energy levels cross relaxation,and the ions excited to the Gsn energy level can transfer some excited ions from the energy level to the energy level by the cross relaxation process.In the intermediate process of energy transfer,many useful excited state ions are consumed in the process of radiation and relaxation,which makes the fluorescence intensity of phosphors decrease and concentration quenching appear.In this study,the concentration of Sm, the activator with the highest fluorescence intensity, was 4 mol%.
